"Pampered like royalty"
It was my family's first time to visit Florence so we were uncertain about where to stay. Piazza Pitti Palace was the perfect choice!
We were all awed when we arrived at our apartment unit- it was grand! Big rooms, cozy family area, and a blissful bath area that came with a jacuzzi. The location is a few minutes walk from practically every site to see in the city. But located in a quiet place that allowed us to unwind after each tiring day.
The best part about staying in Piazza Pitti Palace was our gracious host, Ginevra. She was very warm, and always made sure that everything was ok. She anticipated our needs and was very easy to reach even when we were out on tours. We felt very much at home because of her. She even gave my daughters a nice gift upon our departure!
Overall, it was a magical experience! We were truly pampered like royals!

C'é ben poco da commentare. Stanza d'epoca bellissima, pulita e colazione abbondante e ricca.
Da apprezzare la scelta "verde" dei prodotti in toilette.
La sig.ra Ginevra é gentilissima e ti mette da subito a tuo agio con consigli e osservazioni.
Che dire: da ritornarci!

This Hotel was so much better the expected. Friendly, helpful, incredibly clean and nice. At a location to envy. Best breakfast in Italy i have had for long time. I would recommend this for romantic couples, families, or business travel. You will love this place. Special thanks to the manager meeting up after delayed flights 01.00 in the night. 1000 thanks and hugs. We will be back for sure..!!!

"Historical, Stylish, Sumptuous, Warm, Welcoming"
From the enigmatic first smile of your host "Genevra" you know that Piazza Pitti Palace is something special. I was fortunate enough to spend 1 week at this luxurious boutique B&B. Every part of my stay was catered for....from the spellbinding suite consisting of a very comfortable kingsize bed, with original paintings and frescos to the sumptuous pristine bathroom.
Waking up every morning to see sunrise over the Pitti Palace just across the road is a dream come true and the noise level at night, being across the street from a main attraction is nonexistent . Next, you find yourself in the quaint breakfast room where a painting of the Pitti family lineage is displayed along with an array of juices, pastries, fruits and yoghurts and Tuscan charcuterie and cheeses and coffee that are on offer for breakfast.
Close to all the main galleries and museums of Florence this residence offers free wifi that is strong and the convenience of an elevator for those with lot's of luggage.
I cannot praise this boutique B&B enough for making my stay something royally special in beautiful Florence! Thank you Genevra and staff!!!

"Pure indulgence"
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful attention to detail everywhere felt very special staying here. A very warm welcome and very informative about our room.
The room we stayed in was top class. Very easy to walk for bars and restaurants and you look out onto the palace. Host was very helpful nothing was too much trouble, arranged parking for us and booked a table at a fabulous restaurant.

"What an Amazing place it's Breathtaking"
This was a little luxury at the end of our holiday for us and another couple, the owner was very attentive and you can tell he is very proud of his hotel and its history, we were given a guided tour of our suite, then disappeared to return with a nice bottle of wine to welcome us.
Nothing was too much trouble for him from sorting our parking to recommending restaurants to actually reserving one for us.
The room itself was breath-taking from the huge murals on the walls to the large chandelier, Jacuzzi bath marble bathroom and enormous shower.
We are already looking at a weekend break back there, cant praise this lovely place enough...

An excellent place to stay when visiting Florence, very good location but the rooms are even better-superbly appointed and decor amazing with original Renaissance frescos!
Taxi from train station was about 12-15 euros and hotel is only 5 minutes walk from lots of great restaurants.

“Une adresse incroyable!!”
Pour les amoureux de Florence c'est difficile d'imaginer un endroit ou depuis la salle de bain vous avez une vue directe sur l'entrée du Palazzo Pitti.
A la fenêtre vous observerez les promeneurs et admirerez la bâtisse gigantesque du palais.
Les chambres: un décors de cinema ou une chambre dans un musée. On y dort royalement dans un lit immense et les hôtes sont charmants.
Le petit déjeuner est une tuerie ! Nous sommes restés 5 jours et pas un matin nous avons eu la même chose. Si vous êtes en voiture c'est Florence...mais un service "voiturier" est proposé moyennant. C'est cher mais pratique.
Quant a l'adresse en tant que telle c'est à 2 pas du ponte vecchio!

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend in questa Residenza d'epoca inaugurato da pochissimo.
La nostra camera era meravigliosa, con una vista fantastica su Palazzo Pitti!
Ginevra è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli molto utili, specialmente sui ristoranti della zona!
